Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the items in this store, most are not eligible for return or refund. If an e-book order was made in error, do not download the book and contact us immediately. Refunds are not guaranteed and we reserve any right to refuse a refund request. If the e-book has not been downloaded, we may consider an exchange for an e-book of equal value.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Printed books are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. We do not accept returns of physical books, but encourage you to re-sell them on Amazon. If a product is damaged during production or shipping we may replace the product if reported within 7 days of receiving it and with photographic evidence of the damage. Refunds are not available for damaged products but replacement will be considered.

To apply for any refund or replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Fraudlent charges/chargebacks

If you have received a suspicious charge and not received any product from us, please contact us to discuss the situation before approaching your bank or credit card company as that limits how we can help you. Legitimate charges on a statement may say LOCATEPRES or LOCATEPRESS.com.
